c. Ebooks: Ebooks are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

d. Private Training Sessions: Private training sessions are non-refundable. If you have purchased private training sessions, please contact our team to schedule your sessions within a reasonable timeframe. In-person private training sessions must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Scheduling and Attendance:

a. Live Training: If you have registered for a live training session, it is your responsibility to attend as scheduled. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

b. Private Training Sessions: Please schedule private training sessions in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled private training session will result in forfeiture of that session. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Liability:

a. Dog Life Unleashed, LLC shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages, whether to you, your dog, or any third parties, arising from the use of our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your dog are fit for training, and you assume all risks associated with the training.

Intellectual Property:

a. All materials, including but not limited to videos, ebooks, course materials, and training techniques provided by Dog Life Unleashed, LLC, are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written consent.

Privacy:

a. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Termination:

a. Dog Life Unleashed, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any conduct that is harmful or disruptive to our business or other users.

Amendments:
